Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Flexible bookings may be cancelled or modified within the allowed period stated in the confirmation email.

Cancellations made outside the allowed period or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to one night or the full stay.

Room capacity shall be followed as booked by the guest. Maximum number of visitors allowed is 3 persons per room only.

Strictly no smoking policy inside the rooms and other hotel premises aside from the designated smoking area. A penalty amount of Php5,000.00 shall be imposed for non-compliance.

Upon check-in, Php2,000.00 (CASH ONLY) shall be collected as security deposit; deposit is refundable upon checkout provided no penalties/charges imposed. Only the signatory is allowed to claim the deposit.

The guests are reminded to safe keep their valuables and personal belongings. The Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during their stay at ARZO Hotel.

Visitors are required to register at the Front Desk in compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code. Extra Person charge of Php1,000.00 will be added to the bill of the guest if visitor remains overnight. Visiting hours are from 9:00H to 22:00H.

Bringing of pets is strictly prohibited.

Outdoor areas: Immediately report to the management sighting of potential harmful pests such as: bees, hornets, wasp and others. The management shall not be held liable for any damage these pests may bring.

The hotel reserves the right to collect corresponding charges for stained linens, damages, losses, and breakages in the room for the duration of the guests’ stay.

Bringing and using of heating devices, appliances such as: cooking pan, rice cooker, kettle etc. shall not be allowed. Moreover, it is prohibited to bring ice cooler and water jugs beyond 5 Liters.

Purchased outside food shall only be allowed to be consumed inside guests’ hotel room. Moreover, reheating of either outside purchased or in-house food is prohibited for safety purposes.

Dining wares may be loaned upon purchase of food at the hotels F&B chain and shall only be limited to the capacity of the total purchased.

ARZO Hotels and Resorts will not be liable for any losses due to theft, fire, collision from vehicles within and outside the premises of the hotel’s parking area. 

Visitors of guests that wish to use the pool can avail the pool day pass. (4 years old up to 8yrs old, Php250/head non-consumable, 9 years old and above Php500/head non-consumable). 

Wearing proper swimming attire shall be strictly implemented. Swimming pool usage will be limited to in-house guests only.

The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary actions in cases of guest’s

• a. Failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount,
• b. Self-check-out and
• c. Guest refuses to conform to the hotel’s rules and policies.
